Transporation back to Los Angeles is only available on the last day of the tour.
If you stay an extra day in Las Vegas, you will need to make your own way back to Los Angeles.

Yes, the approximate arrival time in Las Vegas on the first day is between 3-4pm.
However, this timing is dependent on weather and traffic conditions on the day you are on tour.

The Route 66 sign is seen along the entire highway and will be able to be seen.
However, it is not guaranteed that you will get to take a photo with the sign.
The pickup and drop-off at Renaissance Hotel varies by departure date.
Please make your reservation online and we will confirm your departure and return time for your tour.
Our office is located in Arcadia, CA. If you are located in the LA area, you are more than welcome to come into the office to make your reservation.
Please call our office in advance to make sure one of our customer service representatives will be available to help you with your reservation.
Otherwise, you will need to make your reservation online in the orange "easy book" section of the tour webpage.

On the first day of the tour, the approximate arrival time in Las Vegas is 3-4pm, depending on traffic and weather conditions on the day of the tour.
The Grand Canyon admission cost of $69.00 is mandatory when you arrive at Grand Canyon on this tour.
The West Rim of the Grand Canyon is owned and operated by the Native American reservation and that is their charge to get into that rim of the Grand Canyon.

This tour usually stays at the Stratosphere Hotel while in Las Vegas or a similar standard hotel.

The stop is approximately 15 minutes for photo opportunities at the Hoover Dam. You will depart the bus during this stop.
The Kingman stop is along Route 66; however, it is a stop made at a truck stop in order for customers to have time to buy souvenirs and snacks.

We do not suggest customers to make show ticket reservations while on this tour, as arrival times are not guaranteed. Timing is based on weather and traffic conditions on the day of the tour.

Yes, you are correct with the fees; however, the total amount for 4 people for the Grand Canyon admission and the service fees is a total of $468.00.
The Grand Canyon admission for 4 people is $276.00. The total for the services fees daily for 4 people are $24.00. For 8 days, the total is $192.00.
The $6.00 service fee is the minimum amount for each passenger to pay the tour guide and driver. However, if your tour guide provides you with exceptional service, you are able to provide a higher service fee.
All meal stops will be arranged by your tour guide and you will have the option to purchase meals at these stops. Meals are not included in the tour package price.
